A total of 11 housemates have landed on the chopping block following the intense Big Brother Mzansi 2026 week 4 nominations.

This week’s nominations were unlike anything viewers are used to. Instead of the usual private diary room process, Biggie introduced a dramatic twist, the face-to-face nominations. Housemates were summoned to the lounge and asked to openly nominate two fellow contestants while giving clear reasons for their choices.
