Sammy_M has been Evicted-BBMZansi

It’s the end of the road for Sammy_M

After spending 14 days in the Big Brother Mzansi House, Sammy_M has joined Mali and BravoB (disqualified) to see Biggie’s gate.

First week when other housemates were nominated , she had an immunity card and so she was not nominated. Second week, she was put on a chopping board together with PapaGhost, Zee, Lerato Modise and Mpumi. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to keep her head above water and so evicted.

Sammy_M’s journey in the house was on the rise, marked by her victory in the first Eye of Immunity search, encounters with conflicts, a triumph in the Dance Challenge, and the beginning of a r##mance with her “k!ssing buddy” Willy.

During her live interview with Lawrence, she  opened up about her relationship with Willy, describing him as a crush that evolved into a “k!ssing buddy,” while also revealing her reluctance to openly display her feelings for him in the house. Meanwhile, the departure of she left the housemates in shock, particularly Yolanda, who appeared visibly devastated by the eviction, despite Sammy_M previously describing her as the one housemate she couldn’t stand.

In his true nature, host Lawrence stirred things up in the house, focusing his attention on Young Pappi and Zee, leading Young Pappi to address their relationship as merely platonic despite not denying their occasional k!sses, a revelation that followed Sinaye’s confrontation with Zee regarding their friendship and his perception of being in competition for her attention.

It seems the ships in the house are headed for shaky waters, and if last week is anything to go by, we’re in for more S’ya Mosha moments this week.

Pale Hot News and Saturday Night Party – BBMzansi

Pale has skillfully dedicated her time in the house to gathering scoop and serving piping hot tea to any open ear, with her key ingredient being PapaGhost.  While some of the girls set their sights on the boys for shipping, Pale’s focus is solely on one man for gossip purposes, nothing more.

Today’s gossip revolved around PapaGhost allegedly making a distasteful move on Els last night in the absence of Lerato Modise. Els recounted an encounter that left her upset at PapaGhost after he apparently made s3xu*al advances on her. This story, however, was not kept in confidence as Pale promptly spilled all the details to Disruptors Fahima and Taki.

PapaGhost first caught Pale’s radar in week one when he took an alleged jab at her during one of the wager rehearsals, stating that he doesn’t have an office job to return to, a topic Pale frequently discusses. Since then, she has been vocal about her disdain for him and, in her opinion, his inability to be a team player. Despite this, it seems PapaGhost hasn’t left too bitter a taste in Pale’s mouth, allowing room for a smidge of sweetness. Earlier in the week, she spoke to Yolanda about his positive qualities, which was, however, overshadowed by their perception of him as overbearing and rigid, especially during the week’s wager rehearsals where they ultimately won. PapaGhost’s stoic expression of happiness during the victory did not go unnoticed by Pale.

Saturday Night Party

Saturday night party

Despite being the unofficial confidante of the housemates, Pale is not always immersed in other people’s business. When she’s not serving tea, she’s lighting up the Saturday Night Party with the rest of the housemates.

Tonight’s party, with DJ Stopper rocking a mix of Kwaito and Amapiano, was lit from start to finish, featuring a kaleidoscope theme that saw housemates draped in fine designer pieces, adding even more color to the lively dance floor.

The party might come to an end, but Pale’s purpose never wavers. She resumed her gossip duties upon their return from the party room, ensuring that wherever she is, you can always count on receiving unfiltered

Disruptor Fahima makes her move – BBMzansi

Disruptor Fahima has been observed executing Biggie’s task of infiltrating friendships to cast doubt in the minds of the parties involved. Her assignment from Biggie this week involved subtly planting seeds of mistrust and suspicion among housemates to weaken the bonds that had been strengthened.

Even with a slow start to stirring up some Mosha, Disruptor Fahima has been effectively carrying out her task over the past few days. Engaging in gossip sessions with various housemates, she aims to induce confusion and chaos within the house.

In this week alone, she has initiated significant developments by engaging in conversations with Els and Pale regarding Liema and Yolanda. Additionally, she has been observed setting a few enticing scenarios for the typically reserved McJunior. The motive behind Disruptor Fahima’s playful teasing towards McJunior remains uncertain, suggesting a potential connection to a larger narrative that will likely unfold over time.

Nevertheless, she has been actively occupied, subtly extending her influence into the realm of relationships. Today, she took the opportunity to engage in a conversation with Sinaye, attempting to persuade him that Zee, his romantic interest, harbored feelings for Young Pappi and not him. This, despite the fact that she had discreetly k!ssed Young Pappi on the bedroom floor a few days ago.

As Disruptor Fahima persists in meddling in the lives of her fellow housemates, it will be intriguing to witness how it impacts the dynamics of the house and whether any of her fellow housemates will discern her manipulative tactics.

Willy wins the Friday Arena Games – BBMzansi

Willy Joins the 5K rand gang after winning tonight’s Arena games.

After four rounds of Hey Sushi, Willy emerged victorious, completing the challenge in 1:18. McJunior secured the second spot with a time of 1:19.

Unfortunately, the majority of the housemates were disqualified for breaking the game rules, and both Disruptor Neo and Lerato Modise were unable to complete the games on time.

Team 2 in the cook-off challenge learned of their victory after the completion of the Arena Games. Their “sweet and decadent treat,” a cake, awaited them in the storeroom.

They promptly attended to the cake, with Pale taking charge of cutting it for the Team 2 housemates. Liema expressed a desire for everyone to get a piece, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out that way. Chuenzaaa lingered nearby and managed to sneak a small bite to taste since he wasn’t part of Team 2.

Lerato Modise foresaw “a lot of promiscuity in the house.”

One can’t help but breathe a sigh of relief that last night’s party and k!ssing antics didn’t result in the breakdown of any relationships in the house.

Apart from Liema’s behavior, which earned her a strike, there’s a rumor circulating that PapaGhost and Els had a disagreement in bed.

Mich and Yolanda discussed the incident in the garden today, with Mich revealing he was tasked with spreading the rumor.

“I can do it,” Yolanda enthusiastically shared. She went on to mention that she enjoys gossiping with Mich but avoids doing it with Chuenzaaa because “he acts like Mother Theresa.”

Makhekhe transitioned from sharing his future aspirations with Yolanda to gossiping about her with PapaGhost, who warned him about her. Makhekhe informed Yolanda that he sees her as his future wife.

While she acknowledged that there might be potential, she mentioned he wasn’t her usual type. Makhekhe then delved into discussions about other relationships in the house, claiming that Yolanda wanted to k!ss him when she was intoxicated, but he declined, suggesting she should k!ss him when both were sober.

Lerato Modise soon joined Makhekhe and PapaGhost, continuing to exchange perspectives on housemates like Zee and the dynamics of her relationships with Sinaye and YoungPappi. Lerato Modise foresaw “a lot of promiscuity in the house.”

Makhekhe and Yolanda jumped for joy at the sight of PapaGhost and Lerato

Biggie sent shockwaves through Mzansi on Sunday by surprising everyone with the revelation that Lerato Modise and PapaGhost were not evicted but instead kept in a secret cabin. Dubbed the “cabin crew” by X, they have now returned, causing the house to be in a state of uncertainty.

For nearly 48 hours, they strategised , assigned code names to housemates, and mastered a secret lingo, adding a new level of intrigue and tension to the already dynamic atmosphere of the house.

Makhekhe and Yolanda were overjoyed to see Lerato Modise and expressed their excitement by lying in the foam from the box. Among those who received hugs from Lerato Modise were Yolanda and Zee, while PapaGhost appeared unfazed and did not seek physical contact. Instead, he immediately embarked on the hunt for his agents and selected Zee and Mich for further interaction, showcasing his focus on strategic alliances within the house.

Liema ‘Spitting Cobra’ Issued with a Strike – BBMzansi

Biggie has issued a strike to Liema for non-compliance of his rules.

Following a guilty verdict for violating Big Brother’s rules, Liema received a strike from Big Brother. The housemates convened in the lounge after being summoned by Biggie, during which Liema was informed about the specific rules she had breached.

In his address to the housemates, Big Brother emphasized the significance of Article 16 from the rule book, which explicitly states that “any housemate who becomes physically violent will be removed from the house immediately.” The definition of violence, as outlined in the rule, includes both self-inflicted harm and aggression towards fellow housemates. Additionally, the rule book outlines other offences such as “provocation, goading, bullying, and victimisation,” cautioning that these violations may be subject to punitive measures determined at Big Brother’s discretion.

Liema was charged with threatening violence and using offensive language, leading to the issuance of a strike. It is crucial to note that if she accumulates two more strikes, it would lead to her disqualification from the game, aligning with the stipulated consequences for repeated violations within the Big Brother house.

Jareed’s wondering eye may land him in hot soup

Jareed tendency to have a “wandering eye” consistently puts him in awkward situations with the women he is interested in. Lawrence brought this matter into the public eye during Sunday’s Live Eviction Show, exposing Jareed’s intentions and causing Liema to harbor feelings of distrust.

Liema did express her apprehension about trusting Jareed, but he swiftly demonstrated that this house operates like a game before she could even spell “trust.” Jareed confirmed the suspicions by directing his infamous wandering eye towards Mpumi, who reciprocated the attention. The two candidly shared their mutual feelings, with Jareed mentioning that she was perplexing him. However, Mpumi straightforwardly clarified that she’s not the one caught in between relationships and, in fact, is puzzled by his reluctance to openly declare his intentions.

One thing certain in Big Brother’s house is that it’s a game, and Jareed is undoubtedly a player, even if he’s hesitant to acknowledge it openly. His modus operandi involves eliminating any suspicion tied to his actions and ensuring he provides reassurance of his genuine intentions. However, his moral dilemma, regardless of his approach, holds him back. Jareed carries a weight on his chest, but he struggles to articulate it, insisting that Mpumi understands his feelings. This leaves Mpumi questioning, “Who is confusing whom?”

In this game, there’s no room for confusion, and Liema made it explicitly clear to Jareed that she’s done with their situation. In response, he took off with it, engaging in a k!ss!ng spree with Els and Mpumi right in front of her.

Day 11: Housemates win their first wager task

The current week’s Wager task, named Country of Colour, witnessed the housemates convene daily and put in relentless effort to devise a presentation symbolizing the Mzansi they inhabit—a nation known for embracing diversity. However, reaching their victorious performance was far from a seamless journey. They had to navigate through hunger, various tasks, and numerous underlying conflicts along the way.

This week, the housemates staked 80% of their weekly allowance, and as a result of their victory, they will receive an additional 20% accumulated from the previous week—an undoubtedly well-earned reward for their week-long display of hard work. The housemates epitomized creativity and innovation through their distinctive fashion show collections, seamlessly blending traditional multicultural attire with a contemporary fashion flair. They presented their creations alongside historical narrations delving into the cultures that inspired them, concluding their performance with a captivating ensemble piece that seamlessly combined traditional dance with current dance trends, complemented by fitting music.

This house truly showcased its personality,” declared Biggie as he delivered his verdict. He praised the housemates for the unity and dedication they displayed during their preparations. The positive announcements didn’t end there. Big Brother revealed the champions of the Dance Challenge, sparking an exuberant celebration from the Orange Team.

Day 10: Liema unsure of how to breakup with Jareed

The potential downturn of Jareed and Liema’s relationship.

After a week and a day confined within the Big Brother Mzansi house, instead of reflecting on home, the housemates are engrossed in each other’s gossip. The predominant subject of discussion? The potential downturn of Jareed and Liema’s relationship, which seems imminent given the current trajectory.

The commotion kicked off during Lawrence Maleka’s live show crossover question to Mpumi, inquiring about a guy in the house who seems unable to avert his gaze. Mpumi suspected Jareed of eyeing her and even presented him with an ultimatum that evening—to choose between Liema and herself. This instantly sparked doubt in Liema’s mind, leading her to give Jareed skeptical glances. She confided in Sinaye, divulging that she has lost trust in Jareed.

Liema found herself unsure of how to put the brakes on her relationship with Jareed. Eventually, she cornered him in the garden, with Els, Mpumi, and Pale playfully dubbing it “Liema’s court.” Following this encounter, they offered Jareed words of encouragement, advising him to assert his independence and not succumb to the pressure of committing to just one girl. Essentially, they echoed the sentiments shared by some other male residents in the house: Jareed’s confidence has waned due to this relationship.

Adding to the complexity, Els contributed to the tension by flirting with Jareed, catching Liema’s watchful eye. When confronted, Jareed dismissed any concerns, claiming they were just on good terms. Later, Jareed attempted to justify his actions to Liema, stating that he can’t shut down fellow housemates who express interest in him, as it’s all part of the game.

To escalate matters, the duo decided to k!ss in the kitchen, defiantly challenging skeptics. Undoubtedly, it’s a strategic move for them in the game, but it’s only the second week, and their relationship is already weathering a storm of rumors and suspicion.
