Jojo Stunned by HoH’s Save and Replace Decision

Jojo was left baffled after Sweet Guluva, the Head of House, chose to save Ashley and put her up for possible eviction instead.

During the first Sunday Live Eviction Show (Fake eviction) of Big Brother Mzansi Season 5, Jojo couldn’t hide her surprise upon discovering that Sweet Guluva had exercised his HoH power to save Ashley Ogle and replace her with Jojo on the nomination list. Originally, the housemates nominated for eviction included Savage, Kay B, Mandy Hagan, Nsuku, Gugu, and Ashley Ogle. However, the HoH’s decision changed the game, landing Jojo on a chopping block.

When host Smash Afrika asked Jojo how she felt about the unexpected twist, she admitted she hadn’t seen it coming. She also expressed confusion over how Sweet Guluva made his choice, suggesting it might have been a spur-of-the-moment decision driven by pressure. She speculated it could be due to her quiet presence in the house or even her appearance but confessed she had no clear understanding of his reasoning.

The tension eased when she learned it was a fake eviction night and no one would be sent home. Overwhelmed with relief, she burst into tears of joy, celebrating the news alongside her fellow housemates, who embraced her warmly.

However, as the game continues, housemates must remember that only one winner will emerge. Nominations are part of the strategy, whether they’re based on perceived threats, strong competitors, or simply personal alliances. The ultimate goal is to secure the grand prize, and no one is exempt from being put on the line.
