Housemates Craft Their Perfect Proposal

Day 29 in the Big Brother Mzansi house brought excitement and creativity as the Bazozwa housemates took on Biggie’s latest task, crafting the perfect proposal to ask someone to be their official “Cuff It” partner for the week.

Dube found himself in a dilemma and confided in Ashay that he was torn between asking Liema or Didi. Ashay encouraged him to choose Liema, pointing out that none of the other male housemates were likely to ask her. Dube admitted that asking Didi might complicate things, as she could catch feelings, making Liema the safer option for playful flirting.

Elsewhere, Liema opened up to Ilano and Trixie about ongoing tension with Thandeka following the wig prank she played on her. Liema explained that while passing by Thandeka, she noticed her deliberately refusing to make space, adding that the cold behavior had been going on for days.

Ilano responded by saying something seemed off with Thandeka and suggested it might be best to leave her alone for now. Trixie added her thoughts, saying she is able to take accountability for her own mistakes, unlike Thandeka, who struggles to do the same. Trixie was referring to Thandeka’s refusal to apologize for earlier comments made about Ilano’s identity. Liema agreed, saying Thandeka appears to be provoking her and expecting her to tolerate passive-aggressive behavior.

In a separate conversation, Thandeka told Ramona that she has no intention of ever sitting down to have a conversation with Liema again, signaling that the rift between the two remains unresolved.

Meanwhile, Thandeka shared a more reflective moment with Mmeli, discussing stereotypes and how they shape perceptions. Mmeli spoke about wanting to break the negative stereotype associated with men from Hillbrow, which he feels unfairly labels them. Thandeka questioned why he cared about what others think, explaining that she personally does not feel the need to justify herself to anyone.

She revealed that although she documents her travels through videos, those moments are private and meant only for loved ones. She added that even inside the house, she chooses not to share deeply personal details, preferring to let people think whatever they wish.

On a more emotional note, The Don had a heartfelt conversation with King Wanda about evicted housemate Mshefane. He shared that Mshefane had expressed deep concern about his family, saying, “I don’t know what my mom is eating at home because I am the breadwinner.” The Don described the statement as heartbreaking and expressed hope that Mshefane would find success outside the house so he can continue supporting his family.
